OQHYA ANNUAL MEETING

The OQHYA annual meeting took place this past Saturday. A group of more than 50 youth members joined to recap this past years accomplishments, plan for future events and work on community service projects.

New OQHYA officers and directors were introduced. Members brainstormed potential fundraising opportunities and community service events, as well as discussing the new AQHA theme. Important dates involving OQHA, NYATT, and Youth World were noted. Before the meeting adjourned, members assembled twelve blankets to be sent to a local children's hospital. 

Ten new members were welcomed to the meeting. 52 total youth members were in attendance.
