“Expanding our services to AQHA Service Centers provides our team the ability to improve the level of customer service we deliver to our members,” said Craig Huffhines, AQHA executive vice president. “Additional locations expand accessibility to our members who would prefer to work with someone from our Member Experience Team in person, but do not have the ability to travel to Amarillo.”
When visiting an AQHA Service Center, please follow social-distancing protocols to protect yourself and the health of the AQHA Member Experience professionals.
“We look forward to continuing to expand our operations and providing a local presence to enhance our services for horse lovers around the world,” said Huffhines.
AQHA Headquarters, located in Amarillo, is currently unable to offer walk-in service, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Customers can continue to utilize the drop box located in front of the AQHA Headquarters building, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy to drop off their paperwork during this time in Amarillo. Members can also submit work online, through mail or contact the AQHA Member Experience Team.
